At Gardaly, we are committed to providing clear, fair, and transparent return and refund conditions, in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection regulations.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.


Right of Withdrawal (UK Consumer Law)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day the order is received.


Return & Exchange Request Deadline

To ensure an efficient handling process, customers must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving their order to request a return or exchange.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

This requirement does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Important Return Conditions (Please Read Carefully)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Have all original tags, labels, and accessories attached

  • Show no signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration

🚫 Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.


Order Cancellation Before Delivery

If your order has already entered processing or dispatch stages, cancellation will only be possible after delivery, following the standard return procedure.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

All return and exchange requests are handled exclusively via email.

Requests made through social media, chat, or any other channel will not be accepted.

To initiate a request, please email us within 7 calendar days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Returns sent without prior email authorisation will not be accepted.


Exchanges

Exchanges are processed exclusively via email and are subject to stock availability.
All exchange requests must comply with the return conditions outlined above.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gardaly.com, providing clear photo or video evidence.

If confirmed as our error:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Gardaly

  • You may choose between a replacement or a refund


Refunds

Gardaly accepts payments only via Credit/Debit Card and PayPal.

All approved refunds are processed automatically through the original payment method:

  • Card payments → refunded to the original card

  • PayPal payments → refunded to the original PayPal account

Refunds are issued within 14 business days after approval.
The time for funds to appear depends on your card issuer or PayPal.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.) are subject to return shipping costs paid by the customer.

  • Returns due to our error (damaged or incorrect item) will have shipping costs covered by Gardaly.


Refusal of Delivery

Please refuse delivery if:

  • Packaging is visibly damaged or opened

  • The item does not correspond to your order

If you accept delivery and later identify an issue, you must notify us within 48 hours, with photo or video evidence.


Policy Enforcement

Gardaly reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that:

  • Does not comply with this policy

  • Shows signs of use or wear

  • Is sent without prior authorisation
