Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal / Order Cancellation and Refund

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product and request a full refund.

If your order has progressed to the "Billing" stage, all processing and logistics costs will have been incurred. At this stage, order cancellation is only permitted after delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please adhere to the following procedure:

a) Notify our Customer Support at gardalyofficial@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to inform us of your cancellation. Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

b) Handle the product with care. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all seals, manuals, warranty information, accessories, and any free gifts intact.

c) Follow the return shipping instructions provided by Customer Support. Return deadlines and shipping methods will be communicated accordingly.

Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in refusal of the return and refund.

Upon receipt, all returned products will be inspected by our technical team within 10 working days.

If any of the return conditions are not met, the withdrawal request will be declined, and the product will be returned to you without further notice.

If all conditions are satisfied, Gardaly will issue a refund for the product price including original shipping costs via the payment method used at purchase, in accordance with the Refund Conditions outlined below.


Products with Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a suspected manufacturing defect, please contact Customer Support at gardalyofficial@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of delivery to discuss repair, replacement, or refund options.

To process such a claim:

a) Notify Customer Support within 14 calendar days of receipt, detailing the defect and your preferred resolution.

b) Return the item in its original packaging, unused except for defect inspection, with all original seals, manuals, warranty documents, accessories, and included items intact.

c) Follow the shipping instructions and deadlines as advised by Customer Support.

All returned items will be assessed by our technical team within 10 working days of receipt.

If the product shows signs of misuse or the claim does not comply with warranty terms, Gardaly is not obligated to offer repair, replacement, or refund.

If the defect claim is valid and conditions are met, Gardaly will:

a) Repair the product under warranty conditions;

b) Replace the product with an identical item subject to stock availability. If out of stock, a refund will be issued instead;

c) Refund the full purchase price plus shipping costs according to the Refund Conditions.

Please note these provisions apply only if defects are reported within 14 calendar days of delivery. Claims made thereafter will be subject to the product’s standard warranty terms.


Refund Conditions

Once your return has been accepted and all conditions met, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Payment by Bank Transfer: Refunds will be transferred to your nominated bank account within 14 working days following the completion of the product assessment.

  • Payment by Credit or Debit Card: Refunds will be communicated to your card issuer within 14 working days after product evaluation. Please note that the timing of funds appearing on your statement depends on your card provider’s billing cycle.

  • Payment by Other Methods: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 working days post-assessment.


Refusal of Delivery

Products are shipped with appropriate protective packaging. You should refuse delivery if:

a) Packaging is visibly opened or damaged;

b) The product does not correspond to your order;

c) Accessories or components are missing.

If you refuse delivery, please:

  • Note the reason for refusal on the delivery paperwork;

  • Reject the entire shipment (partial refusals are not permitted);

  • Contact Customer Support promptly for guidance.

If you accept delivery but subsequently notice any of the above issues, please provide photographic or video evidence and notify Customer Support within 48 hours.
